2. About CINEDO LLP
CINEDO LLP is a filmmaking and educational platform, offering:

• CINEDO LEARNING – Online and offline training programs for wedding videographers
• Video Production Services – Professional videography, editing, and post-production
• Photo Production Services – Professional photography, editing, and post-production
• Community & Mentorship – A collaborative space for filmmakers to grow together

Our website is built on Wix.com, and we could use PayU.in, Razorpay.com, Cashfree.com, and Paytm.com as our payment gateways.

3. Registration and Account Security
• You may need to create an account to access certain services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Payments and Refunds

A. Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayU.in, Razorpay.com, Cashfree.com, and Paytm.com, which support:
✅ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
✅ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
✅ Net Banking (All major banks)
✅ Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
✅ EMI (as per eligibility on supported gateways)

All transactions are processed securely via our payment partners, and we do not store or have access to your payment details.

B. Payment Confirmation
• Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation from CINEDO LLP.
• If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact cinedo.in@gmail.com

C. Pricing and Taxes
• All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, service charges, etc.)
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. However, any changes will not affect payments already made.
 
D. Refund Policy
All payments made for courses, services, or subscriptions are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
• If CINEDO LLP cancels the course or service before it begins
• If a duplicate transaction is identified
• If a technical error from our side results in an incorrect charge Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used (PayU, Razorpay, Cashfree, or Paytm).

E. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Online Courses: Once access to a course is granted, cancellations will not be accepted.
• Offline Batches: If you wish to cancel before the batch begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (please contact your relationship manager or email us).
• Services (Video Production, Editing, etc.): Please contact your relationship manager or email us at cinedo.in@gmail.com

F. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
• If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email cinedo.in@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback.
• Chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of services until the matter is resolved.

G. Late or Failed Payments
• If your payment fails, please retry with an alternative method or check with your bank.
• Late or failed payments may lead to temporary suspension of services until the balance is cleared. 

4.1 Payment Processing
• We use PayU.in, Razorpay.com, Cashfree.com, and Paytm.com for payment processing.
• By making a payment, you agree to the respective Terms & Conditions of these gateways:
• PayU
• Razorpay
• Cashfree
• Paytm
• Payments can be made using a variety of methods depending on the gateway used.

4.2 Payment Confirmation
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from CINEDO LLP.
• If not received, please check your spam folder or contact our support.

4.3 Refund Policy
• All payments are non-refundable, unless CINEDO LLP cancels the service.
• If applicable, refunds will be processed according to the refund policy of the respective gateway (PayU, Razorpay, Cashfree, or Paytm).

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, videos, and digital content are owned by CINEDO LLP and protected under copyright laws.

6. Code of Conduct By using our platform, you agree to:
✅ Use our services for educational and professional purposes only.
✅ Respect all users, mentors, and staff.
❌ Avoid plagiarism, hacking, spamming, or abusive behavior.
❌ Not share login or content with unauthorized users Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.

7. Website and Service Availability
• Our website is hosted on Wix.com. While we aim for 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We are not responsible for downtime due to maintenance, thirdparty disruptions, or server issues.

8. Privacy Policy
• Your data is protected as per our Privacy Policy
• We do not share your data with third parties, except for essential services such as payment processing.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
CINEDO LLP. may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your agreement to the new terms.

CINEDO WEDDINGS – Terms of Service

At CINEDO WEDDINGS, we believe exceptional celebrations deserve exceptional clarity. These Terms of Service are designed to ensure a seamless and respectful experience for every couple and family who entrust us with their memories.
These terms apply to all wedding photography, cinematography, pre-wedding, engagement, reception, and related event bookings made under CINEDO WEDDINGS, a division of CINEDO LLP.

1. Booking & Reservation
Your dates are exclusively reserved upon receipt of the agreed booking amount.
Until confirmation payment is received, dates remain open and are not guaranteed.
All bookings are confirmed only through official written communication from CINEDO WEDDINGS.

2. Payment Schedule
Payments shall be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice schedule.
Delays in payment may affect scheduling, editing timelines, album processing, or final delivery.
All balances must be cleared before release of final deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery Timeline
Every wedding story is crafted with care and attention to detail.
Final deliverables are typically completed within 90 to 180 days from receipt of final selections and confirmation that all event data has been received, whichever is later.
Timelines may vary during peak wedding seasons or for multi-event productions.

4. Creative Direction
When you book CINEDO WEDDINGS, you are selecting our signature creative vision.
Editing style, storytelling treatment, music direction, colour grading, sequencing, and artistic decisions remain part of our professional creative process.
References may be welcomed for inspiration; however, final work reflects the CINEDO WEDDINGS identity.

5. Revisions
A preview version may be shared where applicable.
Minor refinements may be requested within 7 days of preview delivery.
Major restructuring, extensive re-editing, soundtrack replacement, or post-approval revisions may be treated as additional commissioned work.

6. Pre-Wedding Productions
Unless specifically included in your quotation, the following are separate and chargeable:

• Makeup & styling

• Wardrobe

• Props

• Location fees

• Permissions / permits

• Travel & stay

• Special production requirements
   

7. Travel & Destination Events
For destination and outstation weddings, travel, accommodation, local transport, tolls, parking, and logistics are chargeable unless expressly included.
Where required, comfortable accommodation near the venue should be arranged to ensure timely access and flawless execution.

8. Client Coordination
To maintain smooth timelines, we request timely communication regarding:

• Event schedules

• Family coordinators

• Venue permissions

• Photo / album selections

• Approval responses

Extended delays in communication may affect delivery schedules.

9. Data Retention
Project files are securely maintained for a limited duration.
If there is no response regarding selections, approvals, or delivery coordination for 6 months or more, project data may be archived or removed without further obligation.
We recommend timely completion of all approvals.

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation

• Cancellation 60 days or more before first event date: full refund of booking amount

• Cancellation within 60 days: 20% of amount received refundable

• Once coverage has commenced or concluded: no refund applicable

Rescheduling
Date changes are subject to availability and revised commercial terms where applicable.

11. Professional Environment
Our team is committed to excellence, courtesy, and discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend services if team members face harassment, abuse, obstruction, or unsafe working conditions from any guest, vendor, or representative.
No refund shall apply in such circumstances.

12. Hospitality & Working Conditions
For full-day or multi-day celebrations, basic hospitality such as meals, hydration, and safe working access for crew members is appreciated and may be required for uninterrupted performance.

13. Live Streaming Services (If Booked)
Streaming quality depends on venue internet speed, bandwidth stability, and third-party platform performance.
CINEDO WEDDINGS is not liable for interruptions or reduced quality caused by connectivity limitations.

14. Drone Coverage
Drone filming is subject to:

• Weather conditions

• Airspace permissions

• Venue approvals

• Local regulations

• Technical feasibility

Drone usage is prohibited in restricted or sensitive zones.
Where permissions are required, responsibility rests with the Client unless otherwise agreed.

15. Ownership & Usage Rights
All photographs, films, edits, reels, designs, and raw footage remain the exclusive intellectual property of CINEDO LLP / CINEDO WEDDINGS.
Clients receive a personal-use license for private viewing and sharing.
Commercial usage, resale, monetization, reproduction, or modification without written approval is prohibited.

16. Portfolio & Promotional Use
We may respectfully showcase selected work for:

• Website portfolio

• Social media

• Studio presentations

• Awards & publications

• Marketing materials

If complete privacy is desired, this must be requested in writing before booking. Confidentiality arrangements may involve separate terms.

17. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance arising from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, accidents, government restrictions, venue disruptions, or unforeseen emergencies.

18. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of any booking amount or installment confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service.

19. Digital Documentation
All quotations, invoices, schedules, and confirmations issued electronically by CINEDO WEDDINGS are valid business documents and do not require physical signatures unless specifically requested.

20. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

21. Changes to Terms and Conditions (Weddings)
CINEDO WEDDINGS may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your agreement to the new terms.
